All wood species change color over time when exposed to UV light. Our wood products arrive with UV protectant oil to slow the process, but natural aging will still occur. Your furniture and planters will naturally transform from their initial rich brown to an elegant silver-gray patina within 6-24 months, depending on sun exposure.
