Our inserts are self-watering systems designed to be used in tapered decorative pots. Tournesol’s proven vacuum-sensor watering system precisely controls moisture levels, watering the plant when the soil dries. The large reservoir allows for refill intervals up to four times longer than typical hand watering.

This moisture control, when combined with subirrigation, makes the most water-efficient irrigation systems.

Overflow Drainage Feature

Each CWC container irrigation insert features built-in overflow drainage in the sidewall. If the container is to be used outdoors, use the insert as is. Excess rainwater will build up in the insert and will flow out as required. Should the insert be used indoors (or under cover), no overflow is required. Use the drain plug included with each unit.
